Return Policy
1. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. This return period applies to most products, but please check for exceptions below.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process returns.
- Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final-sale items, custom products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
3. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Store Credit: In certain cases, we may issue store credit if preferred or applicable.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer-Paid Returns: For non defective item returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide further assistance as needed.
